Arrived earlier than expected. Packaged well. Opened it up and it looked amazing, I plugged it up and it works like a charm. Graphics are amazing, controller is the best in the business,and it comes with a 90 day warranty, other than that it was onIy a small scratch on the top of console and it didn’t come with a gamepass subscription but I definitely recommend the Xbox series X.

Came in original box, cables and power cord with controller, was extremely clean no scuffs or scratches. The only issue I had is the HDMI cable didn’t work. Used a different cable and everything worked perfectly.

So holy anxiety reading these reviews after prime day. Luckily my experience was much better and I suspect the majority of what people are getting.My refurbished XBOX came in a genuine sealed refurbished xbox box. It came with controller, cables, and console. NOT a scratch on it! Fan and heatsink were clean. The first thing I did was hooked it up and started testing. High fidelity game….check, optical playback…….check, Storage format….check, controller calibration, check. I could not find an issue with it at all. I am very happy given the awesome prime day price!For you, the one looking at all these reviews and getting nervous about that impulse purchase you just made, relax. It’s likely you will get a good one and if you don’t, well that’s what the guarantee is for. I wouldn’t hesitate after this experience.

I purchased this item during the Prime Day Deals. While I was initially skeptical about the quality of a refurbished item, it was immediately clear that this would not be an issue. The item arrived in the Xbox Refurbished box, leading me to believe that my item was refurbished by Microsoft. Since purchasing this item, it has performed flawlessly. I have not had a single issue and am happy to have saved the money buying this instead of a new Xbox.Highly recommend the Renewed Xbox Series X to anybody looking to save a few dollars on their next gaming console!

The Xbox came in perfectly everything runs good as expected and fast! The only thing that was wrong with it is my control that it came with the left thumb stick is hard to press in. I just started using it since my girlfriend got me an Xbox x controller

Arrived quickly and in excellent packaging. I was very nervous about buying a re-vamped Xbox..but just couldn’t afford a brand new one at this time. And as gaming is my zen-i needed to find a more affordable upgrade to my old Xbox. So glad I got this, runs perfectly…games look fantastic and the motor is so quiet, I don’t hear a sound from it! There were no marks on the outer casing, the controller that came with it appears to be brand new. All in all, I saved some money and got a wonderful, beautiful, working beast of a machine! Great condition, excellent console
Bought the renewed version and it was in great shape. Had to Google how to pair the controller and the console, but it was pretty easy to do and was smooth to set up after that. The Series X is a great platform so far, with high quality graphics and responsive gameplay. One adjustment I’ve had to make from PS4 is the X button is in a different place, so I instinctively hit the wrong button from time to time, but I’ll get used to that eventually.

The refurbished Xbox series x came in the factory box, with the appropriate plastic indicating it was factory refreshed and it runs great. No weird smells, no scuffs or damage. I can not visually tell that the Xbox was used. Very happy!

The Xbox and controller work well but I took a star off as this item is not “renewed”. They probably just make sure the light turns on and call it that as it looked like someone spent hundreds of hours eating cake and cheetos while playing this Xbox. I was able to clean it, which took some time, if you are not even cleaning your stuff, it is 100% not renewed. Very gross of the company, but that’s how they chose to represent themselves.

Don’t waste your time…
I’m sure some people get lucky and receive a console that actually works and is fully functional while others, like myself, receive temporary consoles almost like a demo. Don’t ignore the comments about how the console never works because they’re right. If you really want to buy and xbox you definitely don’t want to do it through here. Now that it’s returned they want to take a month to give me a refund….? it’s a whole mess and a half. Just don’t…
