Arrived much earlier than expected and I got exactly as advertised. The machine is very sturdy and tightly made. I’m glad my brother was around when it arrived since it’s not exactly lightweight. He and the driver helped me get it to the door. We took off the packaging and took it inside. I could have started playing it almost immediately but poked around some to try and understand how it worked. It wasn’t very hard. The longest time taken was putting the stools together and they are sturdy enough for me and anybody else around here and we’re not small people. Glad it came with the riser as I can play standing or sitting, however I choose. I’ve had a lot of fun playing the 80’s and 90’s games that I grew up playing. It brings back a lot of memories. There are so many games on it that I’m not sure I’ll ever get to sample them all. I expect to have years of fun with it. Very glad I made this purchase.

Our purchase did not start out the best as the game console stopped working on the 6th day we owned it. However, we are giving it a 5 star because it was awesome the first few days of use, and the seller response has been great. The monitor went on console and we suspect this happened because the unit was very cold when the delivery company dropped it off. They insisted on starting the console right away. If you live in a cold region of the US, do not let them start it until it has warmed up. Mike the tech guy had us try a few things in order to determine the problem. He is sending a new monitor out and will walk us through installation when it arrives. Only other small detail of concern is that we are still waiting on the riser. Will update the posting as we proceed through getting our system repaired, but feel very confident with this company!
