I recently purchased the cabinet arcade machine and have been very pleased with my purchase. Being a gamer and growing up in the 80’s and 90’s I can remember going to my local arcade and spending my quarters like crazy on all kinds of games from Star Castle, to Street Fighter II, to Dungeons and Dragons: Tower of Doom.I saw this in a suggested feed and took a chance on it. My family and I have been incredibly entertained as it has all the games I remember from my youth and more. Every member of my family has found their favorites and we have already put a number of hours and credits into our favorite games.The list of loaded games is incredible and the enhanced monitor and sound systems makes the whole experience incredible.But what surprised me the most was how helpful the manufacturer/seller has been in accommodating me. Their delivery crew were extremely kind and were very patient trying to make sure that I was satisfied with my purchase.In short, I am glad I made my purchase and would make it again in the future.

We ordered the 4 player arcade with 3500 games and have been thrilled so far. It arrived very well packaged in about 1 week. Plugged it in and it worked right away. We were a bit confused about one of the settings, reached out to customer service and had a response in about 5 minutes. They continued to be very responsive until we had everything set up the way we wanted – amazing customer service.There are a ton of games, literally every game you can imagine. Will take years to get through them all!The arcade itself is really well made, its heavy, solid, good materials with good graphics. The screen is bright and huge, and high quality. The sound is great too.

Can I get a list to review?-3 year warrantee; where can this be reviewed as I hope it’s all encompassing.-ETA; I was hoping a basic stock unit would have a 2 week or less lead time to fill order and deliver but now I know this is subject to change which can change a purchase such as this.No reviews. How can this be? Am I the first to buy this model….gulp.

The family has been having a blast with this console. So many games to choose from and multiple variations of some games. The one downside is when you change games the high scores get reset. Still a small price to pay for hours of fun with the family.

It’s shocking how it’s such a high quality, simple machine that holds thousands of games and is so much fun. Assembled it quickly via YouTube, and that’s really saying something considering I can’t do anything like this. Plug and play. Kids are loving it. Not more than I am though ????

I could not be happier with my 4 player 4500 stand up arcade. I am not one to write product reviews, but I had to give Brian, Rob, and the Creative Arcades crew some recognition. This is such a quality product. It is very well built, easy to use, looks great, and has amazing game play.The customer service has been just as amazing as the product. From the moment I expressed interest in the arcade, Brian was in constant communication with me and facilitated everything from the exact custom art wrap I wanted to arranging white glove service delivery (which only took about a week from order to delivery from California to a Texas). Since having the arcade the team has continued to reach out and has answered any questions I’ve had immediately.I just ordered the lights guns addition and am excited to relive my old Area 51 obsession.Can’t say enough about the product and company. If you’re looking to let you inner nerd come out and play, order from these guys and you won’t be disappointed.
