Received it yesterday, set up was easy. Everything was in the box and all bags still closed. So far works great granted the games we bought for it won’t be in until later this week so we shall see how game play itself goes but able to watch any streaming service on it no problem. Sleek and clean looking. Mine was advertised as new and in my opinion it is new. Box was completely sealed, unopened until my husband and I opened it ourselves.
