nice chair but poorly thought out. the connecting brackets lasted 2 days and the seller / supplier was no help at all so had to make my own brackets. nice chair but be prepared to repair it yourself

The best option if you don’t have the space for a permanent rig

I have this with a Fanatec GT DD Pro mounted and for what it is it’s brilliant but know what you’re getting into if you do buy this.My only real complaint is the angle of the headrest compared to the angle of the main backrest is a little too much after a long session.The rig folds up narrowly enough to tuck away between sessions but isn’t that stable while folded so it’s best tucked into a gap that will hold it folded (say between a wardrobe and a wall or similar).The rig also does shake quite a bit when the wheel is giving strong feedback and I certainly wouldn’t want to mount anything stronger than my current 8NM wheel to it but that said nothing has loosened up after 4 months of use so I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this if you can’t accommodate a fixed rig.

Tip: Adjust seat for max comfort during long gaming sessions!

I recently purchased the Playseat Challenge Actifit in black, and I must say, it’s exceeded my expectations. The Wi-Fi connectivity adds a new level of convenience, and the comfort and stability of the seat make for an immersive gaming experience. My tip for fellow buyers: take your time adjusting the seat to find the perfect position for maximum comfort during those long gaming sessions!

I have a G29 and wanted it to not be clamped to my desk. I was looking at stands at first but with the prices I saw, I thought I would give this a go as it comes with a seat. Mine came and I set it up. The images on here don’t give much credit and it looks quite nice in person. Space was an issue for me so I had to get a foldable setup. It’s super easy to fold up. Very happy with the purchase. The arm does flex slightly but when racing, it has no affect on the experience and can’t notice it.

Great 1st time chair

Great chair, easy assembly highly recommended

Not compatible for all steering accessories

So I bought a common steering wheel. Would not properly afix to it. So have had to use a bunch of heavy duty bungee cables to keep it in place

Excellent practical product

Seat is comfy and went together quickly and well. Would suit any wheel and pedal combo as you just clamp it to the frame. Pedals have a velcro strap to keep in place while playing. I needed something that folds up with the wheel still attached for easy storage. I mainly use it for gt and f1 racing games and it makes using a wheel more practical and comfortable. A good product. Well thought out. Such as when you fold the wheel out of the way to get out of the chair an extension bar stops the excess weight on one side from tipping the chair over.

Very good pair with my g29

Very easy to assemble and fits perfectly my G29.Also easy to store anywhere as it folds without you having to remove the wheel from it

Perfect for small spaces

I was a bit unsure about this rig, given the obvious “deck chair” vibes you get from it. But I took the chance on it given that I don’t currently have the space to have a permanent rig set up, so needed something foldable, and the f-gt lite looks enormous and awkward to set up and take down every time (see comparison video on YouTube by Karl Gosling to see the size difference)I am so glad I went for this setup, it’s perfectly sturdy when in use, I have a usb handbrake and gear shifter attached as well, and it all feels perfectly natural to use. The seat is surprisingly comfortable, and although its a snug fit for me, as I’m quite “chunky” it doesn’t feel too small, I don’t get uncomfortable and quite easily spend 4-5 hours in it when I get the time to do so.If you plan to go all in on SIM racing and get high powered direct drive wheel bases, it may not be quite as good an experience as a full size rig. But for I needed, there’s nothing better on the market

Pretty good

Folds up well and is pretty light.Materials used are goodBack support isn’t perfect but goodA little too narrow for me and I feel like my legs are cramped.Length wise it is fine for me.Would like to have a manual gear shift mount included.Would also like a wheel distance adjuster but the cost of the chair reflects.Would recommend

Der Playseat Challenge kam schneller an als erwartet und ich bin über die gute Qualität und den Komfort beim Simracen wirklich überrascht.Wenn man mit VR Brille darin sitzt, kommt es einem tatsächlich so vor, als ob man sich in einem echten Renn-Schalensitz befindet.Der Sitz ist sehr schnell zusammengebaut. Werkzeug sowie Schrauben, zum anbringen des Lenkrads und der Pedale liegen bei und die vorgefertigten Löcher sind für die gängigsten Lenkräder an den richtigen Stellen vorhanden. Es liegen auch ein paar Klettbänder und zwei große Klett-Klebestreifen dabei, zum befestigen von Kabeln usw.Die Anleitung (die man so gut wie gar nicht braucht) und der Klappmechanissmuss, um den Sitz nach dem Racen platzsparend zu verstauen, ist phänomenal.Zum “Einsteigen” kann man das Lenkrad hochklappen. Auch dieses Thema wurde von den Entwicklern gut gelöst.Zum installieren einer Gangschaltung habe ich mir eine Befestigung bei einem anderen Anbieter für rund 25€ bestellt, da diese nicht enthalten ist.Für den schlappen Betrag von etwas über 200€, für mich, eine klare Empfehlung.

Très bien

Fauteuil très confortable et sécurisant, adapté à des sessions de plusieurs heures avec un G29. Il pourrait presque servir de fauteuil indépendant. Toujours pas eu besoin de remettre un coup de vis en plusieurs mois. Le système pour rentrer et sortir est très pratique.Le repliage est un jeu d’enfant, ça sauvera votre intérieur.Repose beaucoup sur un système de velcro, à voir dans le temps la durabilité. Idem pour les fixation du levier de vitesse et les petites vis en plastique pour l’éloignement des pédales.Bémol : Pas de passe-câble sur le côté, donc ça traîne un peu et un système additionnel de fixation du levier de vitesse pas très pratique à installer. Mais une fois qu’on a compris ça fonctionne très bien.Il vaut très largement son prix lorsqu’on n’a pas la place d’un baquet fixe et que l’on a pas envie de se tuer le dos.

top mais nécessiste quelques ajustements

très bon produit globalement mais nécessite quelques astuces pour que ça soit parfait. Par ex, la sangle pour le pédalier est un peu courte mais suivant les modèles on peut les accrocher aux tubes avec des colliers de serrage (ASIN: B015BEN7BS), etc.Sinon, très confortable et de bonne facture générale, facile à monter

it does the job well, it folds up for storage so if space is an issue its perfect, I’ve had to had a few cushions around the neck as it protrudes and isnt very comfortable, it comes well packed and easy to assemble – so value for money

Such An Improvement

My last chair (same make) was really really bad, like I had it for maybe a year or two the material of the chair wasn’t padded enough and the legs eventually gave up which is weird for me because I’m not a very heavy person I was only like 14/15 years old eventually the legs completely snapped… BUT I ordered a new one a while back and have been using it everyday and it’s amazing, more breathable material and now the chair has restrictor plates to stop you over reclining it and bending the legs

Its ok

Its ok, but the base for attaching the wheel to is a pain if you need to clamp the wheel to it. I had to bodge with a couple of bits of wood either side and result if that is the wheel is too high. If your wheel has bolts and a flat base you should be fine, but if the wheel clamps on I would avoid

It’s okay but you’ll want to upgrade eventually

I initially left a very positive review for this but after spending a few months with it, I’d wouldn’t recommend this set up if you’re serious about sim racing, there’s a lot of movement within the rig itself.If you’re starting out maybe it’s not the worst thing in the world, but little things in it (especially in the foot area) will annoy you over time, especially when you’re in the lead of a close race you’ll begin to realise how vital a solid cockpit is.
